This trailer is equipped with electric brakes. Please confirm your tow vehicle meets the following requirements before booking.
Your tow vehicle must be equipped with an electric trailer brake controller. This is a legal requirement in BC when towing a trailer with brakes and ensures safe stopping. No exceptions. Don't have one? See our delivery add-on below.
Your tow vehicle needs a 2" receiver. A height-adjustable hitch with the correct 2-5/16" ball is included with your rental — you do not need to source your own ball mount.
Renter must hold a valid BC (or equivalent) driver's licence. Your personal auto insurance must extend coverage to towed trailers — confirm with your insurer prior to booking.
Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and agree to the rental terms & conditions at time of booking.
Your tow vehicle must have a 7-pin trailer wiring connector for brake and lighting function.
If your vehicle isn't equipped with a trailer brake controller, we offer a drop-off service: we deliver the trailer loaded to your location, and pick it up after. You do the loading and unloading — we handle the drive.
This option removes the brake controller requirement entirely.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. This deposit is due via e-transfer at the time of booking confirmation. No reservation is considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due in full on the day of delivery or pickup. A damage deposit of $500–$1,000 (determined at owner's discretion based on rental duration and contents) is also collected on the day of delivery via credit card authorization or e-transfer, and is returned within 48 hours of trailer inspection upon return.
The 25% booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel the rental for any reason, including unsafe weather or equipment issues, with a full refund including deposit in those circumstances.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's licence. The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer from the time of pickup or delivery until the time of return.
The renter is responsible for:
The renter is liable for all damage to the trailer that occurs during the rental period, including damage caused by improper loading, overloading, collision, theft, or vandalism.
The renter must confirm with their personal auto insurer that coverage extends to non-owned trailers. The owner does not provide insurance for the renter's use. The damage deposit is not an insurance product — costs exceeding the deposit remain the renter's responsibility.
Any damage must be reported immediately. Unreported damage discovered upon return will be assessed and invoiced accordingly.
The trailer is available for use within the Sea-to-Sky corridor (Whistler–Pemberton region) by default. Long-distance travel (e.g. to the Lower Mainland or beyond) must be disclosed at time of booking and may affect rates or terms.
The trailer must be returned or made available for pickup at the agreed time. Late returns will be charged at $[XX] per hour or one full day's rental rate (whichever is greater) for each partial day over the agreed return time.
Late returns that impact a subsequent renter's booking may result in additional charges.
The owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the use of the trailer, including damage to cargo, third-party property damage, or personal injury. The renter uses the trailer at their own risk.
In no event shall the owner's liability exceed the total rental fee paid for the relevant rental period.
